PHYTU invites you to a casting tune-up, clinic and BBQ picnic on April 21st from 11am-2pm at Proud Lake Recreation Area. We will locate under the "Huron Shelter" at the end of the parking lot, which is on the north side of the Huron River. (map link below) Lunch will be provided. There is a great grassy area and a separate small "pond" for full casting practice. This location is perfect for practicing. Get your casting skills back in mid-season form! Bring someone you would like to teach! Then, put it all into action a few steps away on the Huron River. Bring your waders.

There may be a park entry fee unless you have the “Recreation Pass” letter on your license plate tab. No one was collecting as of the first of April.
